1) Account & Sign-In

How do I create an account?
Download the app, choose Sign Up, and verify your email.

I didn’t receive the verification email.
Check spam/junk, then retry. If still missing after 10 minutes, contact support with your device/OS and email address.

How do I reset my password?
Use Forgot Password on the sign-in screen. If you can’t access your email, write us from the same address you used to register.

2) AI Training Plans

What inputs are used to customize plans?
Your experience level, recent sessions, goals, and optional metrics (e.g., strength/endurance indicators). Plans adapt over time as you log sessions.

Is this medical advice?
No. Training suggestions are general fitness guidance only. Consult a professional before starting any program.

Can I adjust difficulty?
Yes. You can fine-tune intensity, volume, and session frequency in Plan Settings.

3) Training Check-Ins & Logs

How do I log a session?
Tap Log → choose session type → add grades/notes → Save.

Can I edit or delete a log?
Yes. Open the entry → Edit or Delete. Deletions are permanent.

Will logs sync across devices?
Yes, when you’re signed in and online.

4) Map & Gyms

How do I find nearby gyms?
Open Map to see facilities around you. Use filters for Top Rope / Lead / Bouldering / Yoga / Sauna.

Are labels 100% accurate?
We strive for accuracy, but details may change. Always verify with the gym.

Can I save favorites and visited gyms?
Yes. Tap a gym → Save (favorite) or it will be tagged automatically when logged.

5) Profile & Progress

What’s in my profile?
Your climbing level, preferred styles, recent activity, and progress charts.

Can I export my data?
Yes. See Privacy & Data for export instructions.

6) Billing & Subscriptions (if/when available)

Where do I manage my subscription?
iOS users: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Google Play users: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions.

Do you offer refunds?
App-store purchases follow Apple/Google policies. In general, purchases are final unless required by law.

Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately (proration may apply). Downgrades typically occur at next renewal.

Troubleshooting

App won’t open or crashes

  1. Force-quit and relaunch the app

  2. Update to the latest app version

  3. Restart your device

  4. Ensure you’re online for sync features

Location not working

  • Check OS permissions: Settings → App → Location = “While Using” or “Always”

  • Enable Bluetooth/Wi-Fi for improved positioning

  • Ensure Low Power / Battery Saver isn’t restricting location

Sync issues / missing logs

  • Confirm you’re signed into the same account on all devices

  • Pull to refresh on the Logs screen

  • Wait a few minutes on stable Wi-Fi, then relaunch

Map or gym data seems outdated

  • Pull to refresh; try again on Wi-Fi

  • If still wrong, send us the gym name and issue; we’ll review and update.

Bug Report Template

When emailing support@climmatestudio.com, please include:

  • App version (Profile → About)

  • Device & OS (e.g., iPhone 15, iOS 18.x)

  • Steps to reproduce (1-2-3…)

  • What you expected vs. what happened

  • Screenshots or screen recording (if possible)

This helps us fix issues faster.

Feature Requests

We love feedback. Email support@climmatestudio.com with subject: “Feature Request” and include:

  • Problem you’re trying to solve

  • Your current workaround

  • Why this matters for training or logging

Privacy & Data

Data export
Email support@climmatestudio.com with subject: “Data Export Request” from your registered address. We’ll authenticate and provide a machine-readable export.

Account deletion
Email support@climmatestudio.com with subject: “Account Deletion Request” from your registered address. Deletion is permanent and includes logs, profile, and sync data. We’ll confirm once complete.

Location & photos

  • Location is used for maps, nearby gyms, and session context.

  • Photos remain on-device unless you attach them to logs.
